Mushroom Bruschetta




Mushroom BruschettaHere I present to you the perfect appetizer Mushroom Bruschetta. This is perfect vegetarian recipe goes absolutely for parties as you can make as many at same time. Also goes well as tea time snack.


             Ingredients:

Serve 2 Person
4 Slices of baguette
1 Cup Sliced Mushroom
1 tsp Olive Oil
 ½ Cup Sliced Onion
Salt and pepper as taste


Process:

1)    Heat up a flat nonstick pan on medium high heat. Brush the pan well with Olive Oil.

2)    Once the pan is hot, roast both sides of baguette slices till they turn brown.

3)    Heat a tbsp of oil. Once oil is hot, Add in mushroom and let it cook till golden brown. Stir continuously.

4)  Add in onion and let it cook till they turn translucent. Season with salt and pepper.

5)  Put mushroom mixture over the top of toasted baguette.

Enjoy!
