Kesar Milk (Saffron Milk)





Kesar Milk, This is the kinda milk i am having since childhood, I remember ..i wasn't a milk fan but when my mother gave me once..then after every morning i used to wait for this cold milk with almonds in there.This is a perfect healthy milk for the growing kids. Try this out in this hot summer and i assure you that you will love to be addictive on this.


Ingredients:


Serving 2 Person
4 Cup Milk
Pinch of Saffron
¼ Cup Sliced Almonds
¼ tsp Grounded Cardamom


Process:

1) Boil milk in thick bottom pan on medium low flame. Stir continuously to prevent milk from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

2) Add in almonds, cardamom, crushed saffron and keep stirring the milk for 10-15 minutes.

3) Hot Milk can be enjoyed or let the milk comes to room temperature and refrigerate to enjoy cool milk as preferred.
