Soya Patties, Quite
an Easy dish to make, Appetizing, Butterish snack for your Chai (Tea) time
Ingredients: Portion 6 Patties
¶ 1 Puff Pastry Sheet
¶ 1 Cup Socked Crumbled Soya
¶ 1 tsp Chopped Green Chili
¶ Salt and Pepper as taste
¶ ½ Cup Boiled Peas
¶ 1 tsp Milk
¶ 1 Egg
Process:
1.
Preheat the oven to
425F. Line the baking sheet with Aluminum foil.
2.
In a bowl mix together Soya,
Green chili, Peas, Salt and Pepper.
3.
In another bowl beat egg
with milk.
4.
Roll the puff pastry
sheet with help of all-purpose flour. Cut the sheet into six equal
triangles.
5.
Coat the edges with egg
mixture and place soya filling at the center of pastry sheet triangles. Fold
and seal the edges in any shape you like.
6.
Bake them for 15-20
minutes until golden in color and it’s done.
Enjoy!

You can use any filling
inside the patties like cooked chicken or crumbled meat etc.
2.
Move puff pastry sheet
from the frozen section of the refrigerator to cooling section at least an hour
before baking time.
