Vegetable and Fruit Juice



Vegetable and Fruit Juice, I don't want to boast about this but trust me this is a health monster. Make this for your kids rather than giving them canned juice. I am sure they will love this one. I make this juice with seasonal fruits and vegetables. And you just need ordinary blender to make it at home. I hope you will also give this one a try and let me know your comments.


Ingredients:

2 Glass Juice
4 Carrots Pealed
1 Small knot Ginger Pealed
1 Stick Pealed Celery
1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds
1 Lemon size Beetroot Pealed
5-10 Leaves Mint
2 Oranges Pealed
1/2 Cup Berries
1/4 Cup Water
Salt as Taste

Process:

1) Put all your ingredients in blender. Blend well.

2) With help of thin strainer or thin cotton cloth strain well. Its all ready to drink. In further blogs will let you know how to use the left-out fiber in very unique and tasty ways. So no need to even throw the fiber left-out from strained juice.

Pani for Pani Puri




Pani for Pani Puri, hmmm i don't have words to explain how wonderful this is. I don't know anybody who doesn't like pani puri. This recipe is the one go to recipe that's quite easy and quick to make if you have both tamarind chutney and coriander chutney in hand. I just hope you will try this recipe and let me know how much you really liked this.

Ingredients:

Serving 2 Person
2 Cup Water
2 tbsp Coriander Chutney
1 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
¼ tsp Black Salt
¼ tsp Red Chili Powder
¼ tsp Cumin Powder
¼ tsp Chaat Masala 
¼ Cup Boondi


Process:

1) Mix in Coriander Chutney, Tamarind Chutney, Black Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Chaat Masala, Boondi in water.

2) Serve Chill...Enjoy!

Cold Coffee




Cold Coffee, This is my kinda cold coffee, I love to have this in summers. This is smooth, rich and frothy coffee perfect for tiring summers when chilled. i am having since childhood, Try this out in this hot summer and i assure you that you will love to be addictive on this. Here comes the Recipe


Ingredients:

Serving 2 Person
2 Cup Milk
4 tbsp Hot Water
2 tsp Instant Coffee Powder
Ice Cubes
Sugar as Per Taste


Process:

1) Mix instant coffee powder and sugar well with hot water.

2) Take a mixer, Add in cold milk, ice cubes and coffee, sugar mixture and mix for 2-3 minutes till turns frothy.

3) Serve cold and Enjoy!!

Kesar Milk (Saffron Milk)





Kesar Milk, This is the kinda milk i am having since childhood, I remember ..i wasn't a milk fan but when my mother gave me once..then after every morning i used to wait for this cold milk with almonds in there.This is a perfect healthy milk for the growing kids. Try this out in this hot summer and i assure you that you will love to be addictive on this.


Ingredients:


Serving 2 Person
4 Cup Milk
Pinch of Saffron
¼ Cup Sliced Almonds
¼ tsp Grounded Cardamom


Process:

1) Boil milk in thick bottom pan on medium low flame. Stir continuously to prevent milk from sticking to the bottom of the pan.

2) Add in almonds, cardamom, crushed saffron and keep stirring the milk for 10-15 minutes.

3) Hot Milk can be enjoyed or let the milk comes to room temperature and refrigerate to enjoy cool milk as preferred.

Lemonade with Indian Twist




Here's the perfect one step refreshing drink for summers with the twist .

Here comes the Recipe


Ingredients:

3/4 Glass Lemonade
¼ Glass Cranberry Juice
¼ tsp Black Salt


Process:

1) In a Blender, Pulse Lemonade, Cranberry Juice, Black Salt for 3-4 times.


Tips:

1) Can Decorate with lime rub on the edge of the glass and then put the edge of the glass in the sugar and server with lime wedge to make it look good as it tastes.
