Tofu Burger, Here's the delicious and healthy Burger made from the goodness of Tofu.
Ingredients:
8 Oz Extra Firm Tofu
1 Cup Boiled Mashed Potato
1 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Lime Juice
½ tsp Pepper
½ Bread Crumbs
Oil for Pan Fry
Wheat Burger Buns
Garnish:
Lettuce
Sliced Onion
Sliced Tomato
Ranch/Mayonnaise
Shredded Mozzarella
Ketchup
Process:
2) Heat the Oil in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat.
3) Make a thin and flat patties. Coat the patties well in Bread Crumbs. Pan fry the patties with little oil. when one side of the patties looks brown and crispy flip that over and put some shredded Mozzarella over the done side of the patties. Heat will melt Mozzarella.
4) Take a burger bun, apply ranch on one side and ketchup on the other one. Put some lettuce over the lower side of burger bun and then place the crispy patties over the lettuce.
5) Put in some sliced Onion and Tomatoes..Enjoy!
