Baked Tortilla Chips



Baked Tortilla Chips, the quick and healthy homemade version of baked Tortilla Chips. Very very easy to execute if you have tortilla's and oven. I preferred to choose my favorite spices but you can choose the combination of spices you like.


Ingredients:

Portion : 32 Chips

4 Flour Tortilla's
1 tsp Oil/ Cooking Spray
½ tsp Salt
½  tsp Red Chili Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder
½  tsp Chat Masala


Process:

**Tools Used: Cookie Pan.

1) Preheat your oven to 350F.

2) Spray oil on both sides of each Tortilla. and cut them in triangular shape with the help of knife or pizza cutter. Arrange them on baking sheet as they should not overlap each other.

3) Mix together Salt, Red Chili Powder, Cumin Powder, Chat Masala. Sprinkle this mixture over the  Tortillas.

4) Bake Tortillas for 10 minutes. Let the Chips cool down for 10 minutes ...Enjoy!


Tips:


1) Any flavor Tortilla's will work for this recipe.

2) Any combination of spices can be used.
