Here's the flavor full version of leftover idli's coated with spices and veggies. Can be enjoyed as breakfast or evening snack.
Ingredients:
12 Idli's
1 Medium Onion
1 Small Green Capsicum
½ tsp Mustard Seeds
1 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Chili Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Process:
1) Heat the Oil in large skillet on medium high heat.
2) Chop Green Capsicum and Onion in big sized pieces. Cut idli's in bite size pieces.
3) Once Oil is hot, Add in Mustard Seeds and allow them to pop. Then add Capsicum and Onion.
4) Stir continuously till Green Capsicum and Onion turns glossy. Add in Chili Sauce, Salt, Turmeric, Coriander Powder and Tomato Ketchup. Add in 2 Tbsp of water and Stir it for 1 minutes.
5) Add in bite sized idli pieces and mix well till idli pieces coated with masala well. Cover it for a minute on low flame.
6) Serve hot..Enjoy!

Tips:
1) Choose veggies option as per desired.
2) Idli pieces should not be too small, they will mash up while mixing with masala.
