Crispy Potato

Here's the quick Indian side dish/Snacks. This is dry flavourful dish made from Potato.

Here comes the Recipe for 


Serving: 2 Person

2 Thinly Sliced Potato
1 tbsp Oil
¼ tsp Salt
¼  tsp Chili Powder
¼ tsp Chat Masala


1) Heat the Oil in large skillet on medium low heat.

2) Add in Thinly Sliced and stir continuously till they turn golden brown in color.

3) Add in Salt, Chili Powder, Chat Masala. Mix well...Enjoy!


1) Don't crowd Potato slices in a pan, As they will steam and not crisp when over crowded.

2) Best eaten with the combination of hot rice and butter.
