Paneer Pinwheels, these are flaky snacks with soft paneer filling. They taste as good as they looks like. Here's the Crispy and flaky Snack. Can be enjoyed with tea or coffee.
Ingredients:
1 Puff Pastry Sheet
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
½ tsp Cumin Powder
1 Finely Chopped Green Chili
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
½ tsp Chat Masala
1 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
Process:
1) Preheat your oven to 350F. Grease baking pan with butter and line the bottom with butter paper.
2) Sprinkle Flour over Puff Pastry Sheet and even that with the help of rolling pin.
3) Take a Bowl, Add in Crumbled Cottage Cheese, Salt, Green Chili, Cilantro, Chat Masala and Cumin Powder.
4) Spread Cottage Cheese mixture evenly all over the Pastry Sheet. Roll in round motion with Cottage Cheese mixture and seal the end with the help of water/Milk.
5) Cut the Pastry roll in 1 Inch cuts and place them over baking sheet, Maintain some gaps and with the layered side upwards. Bake for 15 minutes..Enjoy after 5 minutes!

Tips:
1) Move Puff Pastry Sheet from Frozen section to refrigerator section at least 2 hours prior from the making time.
2) Brush pinwheels with Milk/Egg Wash(beaten egg plus 1 tbsp milk) before baking.
3) Use any kind of filings as per desired like minced pork, tofu, shredded cooked chicken etc.
