Ingredients:
4 Tilapia Fillets
1 tbsp Melted Butter
½ tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp mix of Red Pepper, Paprika, Dil, Garlic Powder
Process:
1) Preheat your oven to 350F. Take a baking pan line the bottom with Aluminium foil.
2) Rinse Tilapia Fillets under cool running water. Pat dry with paper towel.
3) Place the Tilapia Fillets on baking pan and rub Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper, Paprika, Dil, Garlic Powder with the help of melted Butter and Lemon juice on both side of Fillets. Cover with another piece of Aluminium foil to make them steamy.
4) Bake for about 20-25 minutes till the fish turns white and soft.
5) Serve hot with Mint Cilantro Chutney on side..Enjoy!
Tips:
1) Fish turns tough very soon if over bake.
