Rawa Dosa

Rawa Dosa, Here's the Crispy Rawa Dosa. Can be enjoyed with Ginger Pickle posted on the blog.


1 Cup Semolina (Rawa)
½ Cup Rice Flour
¼ Cup All Purpose Flour/Maida
1 tbsp Chickpea Flour
1 Medium Onion Chopped
½ tsp Salt
1 Cup Curd
1 Cup Water
½ tbsp Chopped Green Chili
3 tbsp Chopped Cilantro
1  tsp Grated Ginger


1) Mix well Semolina, Rice Flour, All Purpose Flour, Chickpea Flour, Salt, Curd and Water until the batter becomes free from lumps.

2) Add In Onion, Green Chili, Cilantro, Ginger, Cumin Seeds and mix well.

3) Heat up the Flat nonstick pan on medium high heat. Spray some Oil over the pan. Now with the help of hands sprinkle the dosa batter over the pan evenly, Batter will come together on the pan by it self.

4) Pour some oil over the dosa and let that cook till it looks cooked and comes out easily from the pan. Cook from both side by flipping over...Enjoy!


1) Batter should be thin like butter milk consistency.

2) While spreading the batter don't fill small pours, that the key to make crispy dosa.
