Chili Soya, Here's the quick Indian side dish/Snacks. This is dry flavourful dish made from Soya Chunks. Can be enjoyed with Tortilla, Indian Chapati.
Ingredients:
Serving: 2 Person
2 Cups Soya Chunks
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Tomato
1 Small Green Capsicum
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Oil
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Chili Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
1 tsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Process:
1) Soak Soya Chunks in lukewarm water for 10 minutes.
2) Heat the Oil in large skillet on medium high heat.
3) Chop Green Capsicum, Tomato and Onion in big sized pieces.
4) Once Oil is hot, Add in Soya Chunks, Green Capsicum and Onion.
5) Stir continuously till
Green Capsicum and Onion turns glossy. Add in
Ginger Garlic Paste,
Chili Sauce, Salt, Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Tomato and Tomato Ketchup. Stir continuously to mix well for 5 minutes.
6) Serve hot..Enjoy!
